MIO° Conduct Record is a sealed, independently timestamped record of the mandates an AI agent operates under and the agent identities a tenant has registered, built by My Digital Sovereignty Ltd (MDSL), Aotearoa New Zealand.

Why a sealed record, not a guardrail
Most AI-governance products score an agent's output against thresholds the operator sets, reported on the operator's own dashboard — a guardrail. A guardrail is a control the operator runs; it answers whether a given output should be allowed. It does not answer what the agent was authorised to do in the first place, or let anyone outside the operator check the answer independently.
Conduct Record answers a different question: what was this agent permitted to do, sealed before it acted, and can a party other than the operator check that later without trusting the operator's word. That is an evidentiary property, not a scoring one, and it is why the pricing below is priced as evidence — per statement, per registered agent — rather than as a seat licence for a dashboard.

Sealed Statement
One point-in-time evidence bundle: a mandate, an agent-inventory reference, a sealed statement and an independent timestamp. Suitable for a pre-deployment review or a periodic compliance snapshot. See the product page for what is sealed and what is not yet claimed.
Standing Record pilot only
Offered only as a written 90-day pilot, capped at five registered agents per customer — five agents at the cap is NZ$1,315 per month. Effectively a Sealed Statement bought monthly per agent, while continuous monitoring tooling is still being built.
What is not priced, and why
Continuous, always-on observation of a deployed agent has no published price, because the deployment tooling it depends on has not been built yet. A figure for something that cannot currently be delivered would be a claim ahead of the product, so it is left unpriced rather than estimated.

There is no self-service signup and no free tier for MIO° Conduct Record. Access is arranged directly: a controlled-beta or paid proof-of-value engagement, scoped to a real workflow, with a defined evidence requirement agreed before work begins.
